The person behind the masseuse

My name is Nicolás Bertrán, I am 22 years old and I am a student of the 2018 generation of the ISEF Physical Education Degree (UdelaR). I really enjoy physical exercise and I am a beach volleyball player.

In 2018 I had a very persistent rotator cuff tendonitis that prevented me from playing normally.

​

That is why I began to study anatomy in greater depth, to pay more attention to how the biomechanics of the human body works and to investigate active (movement) and passive therapies to recover functionality.

That is how in 2019 I started with non-invasive physical therapy courses (masotherapy, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha) to help others.
